| DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Experience with Imagery, Sensor, or GIS Data Technologies. 2. Demonstrated experience engaging and collaborating across organizations to deliver outcomes. Familiarity with the IC and experience working cross-agency issues through various IC and DoD forums. 3. Experience performing Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments. 4. Experience engineering solutions in Cloud-based technologies. 5. Experience engineering solutions with structured or unstructured big data. |
