| Experience in evaluating and resolving program equity issue Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Experience researching complex technical and/or social issues, conducting analysis, and providing recommendations. Skilled in facilitating meetings with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership, subject matter experts, program managers, and regional staff. Ability to analyze data utilizing the White House Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool. Ability to work collaboratively with the team and across organizations. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Zoom Experience in knowledge management. Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information or issues. |
