Qualifications
| Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: facilitation, coordination and integration of project designs within Engineering Division. Must be familiar with the overall program directives, schedules, and policies including fiscal targets for design and all relevant district project, administrative, and reporting procedures pertinent to design and construction of military construction projects. Applies experienced professional judgment in dealing frequently with specialized facility requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above). |
