Qualifications
| Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-07 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include: 1) Handles conflict and problems in dealing with the customer constructively and appropriately., 2) Provides the customer with consistent information according to established policies and procedures. 3) Analyzes and evaluates information needs in order to develop appropriate report content, timing, format and delivery. 4) Develops ad hoc financial, statistical and performance reports. 5) Designs, plans, schedules and conducts studies, training programs and organizational strategies to identify opportunities to improve customer service and quality. |
