Qualifications
| In addition, to the Basic Requirements, you must also meet the Minimum Qualifications stated below- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: developing, evaluating, and advising on programs designed to prevent and eliminate environmental health hazards; analyzing substances to determine contamination or the presence of disease, or resolving environmental health problems through collection, tabulation, and evaluation of environmental sanitation data; development and implementation of plans to eliminate or control environmental health hazards. SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTOR: Professional knowledge of the theories, principles, practices and techniques of Environmental Health as evidence by a professional registration through a recognized organization or state as an Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) or Registered Sanitarian |
