Qualifications
| ll applicants must meet the requirements of the position by the time job announcement closes. a. Citizenship. Citizen of the United States. (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with chapter 3, section A, paragraph 3g, this part.) b. Education. Master’s degree or its equivalent in audiology or hearing science from an accredited college or university is required. [“Accredited” means a college or university accredited by a regional accreditation organization and an audiology program recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education (ACAE) and/or the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech- Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).] |
