Qualifications
| d/or education as described below: GS-9 Grade Level:Specialized Experience: Applicants must demonstrate experience analyzing and/or reviewing residential real estate appraisals completed for mortgage loans. Experience may also be gained through experience in real estate sales and/or experience in the residential mortgage lending industry. Education Substitution: Master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. if related GS-11 Grade Level:Specialized Experience: In addition to the requirements at the GS-9 level, applicant must demonstrate experience with VA policies and regulations regarding the Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP), VA minimum property requirements and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines Education Substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. |
